Orders & Returns
Pure Supreme Stort takes great care to process your order as quickly as possible. Most products are delivered within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Some products, such as those made to measure, have a longer delivery time. For products with a longer delivery time, you can find this information in the product advertisement under "delivery time" and/or "other information." Unfortunately, packages may take a little longer to arrive due to busy shipping times. If you have any questions about the delivery time of a specific product, we are always happy to help. First of all, we'd like to thank you for your trust and order from Pure Supreme Store. Despite our best efforts to ensure accurate photos and product descriptions, it's unfortunately possible that an order isn't as expected, or that it might be damaged during shipping.
Until when do I have a cooling-off period for my items?
You have 14 days to return your item. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Returning an item
If you don't like the product, it broke during delivery, or it's a product that broke within the warranty period, we'll send you a return label and all the information you need to return it. Please don't return your product(s) without first obtaining your consent and providing the necessary information.
Which items cannot be returned?
Some items cannot be returned. If the item cannot be returned, this will be stated in the product description.
This applies, for example, to perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal hygiene products
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed.
In certain cases, no refunds will be given.
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts and where this is not our fault.
* Items that are not returned within a period of 14 days after delivery.
Refunds) After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt. We will also let you know whether we have approved or declined your refund. If we approve your refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your box arrived damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact the relevant mail processing company.
Damaged item
Did your item arrive damaged? Please report this to us by email within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to take photos of the damage and clearly state the defect or problem with all order details. We cannot process reports received after 48 hours (after receipt).
- We only replace defective or damaged items. If you'd like to exchange an item for the same one, please email info@puresupremestore.nl
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, if necessary, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. If that's not the problem, contact your bank. Refunds often take some time to process. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@puresupremestore.nl .
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item during the cooling-off period, for example, if you don't like it. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order arrived damaged, was incomplete, or is under warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In most cases, a replacement item will arrive within 1 to 3 business days, with the exception of busy delivery companies.
If you're sending us an item worth over €75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
